About: I am a assistant professor of clinical laboratory sciences at the department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Wollo University. Apart from teaching, I have been engaged in research and community service. My work focuses on malaria, leishmania, helminthiasis, NTD , NCD and vector-borne infectious diseases molecular epidemiology, surveillance and control. I am founding head of Molecular diagnosis and research center at Wollo University.
